Abstract: Teriflunomide, an immunomodulator approved for patients with relapsing forms of MS, specifically inhibits proliferation of activated lymphocytes. Teri-DYNAMIC (NCT01863888) characterized the immunomodulatory effects of teriflunomide treatment on lymphocyte subsets in patients with relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS). Objectives: To explore the immunomodulatory effects of teriflunomide on lymphocyte subsets, receptor repertoire, and function in patients with RRMS.
